Founder
Corey Clark
Corey has been an entrepreneur since 2007 and a real estate development project manager since 2014. He's completed 5 self-funded developments, 4 warehouse adaptive reuse projects, a martial arts gym, a coffee shop, 4 residential projects, and is a government contractor for disaster relief housing, providing deliverable housing units. Corey has also managed as a Jr. Project Manager for a Client Representation firm in California where he was tasked to help project manage multiple residential real estate projects ranging from $9mm to $125mm in the Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Hollywood Hills, and West Hollywood areas of Los Angeles. Corey has designed wellness spaces and installed wellness modalities for over 30 clients.
Corey has also completed interior design for over 125 clients, including 3 coffee shops and 5 co-working spaces.
Corey is Google Project Management Certified, Procore Project Management Certified, has passed the Texas Real Estate education 180 hours, and is Currently working on his LEED Green Associate Certification as of October of 2025.
Corey also owns Paragon Urban. A construction company based in Austin, Texas.
